I read about you in today's USA Today. Congratulations on your ever-growing
fame and acclaim! Your G. Pigs are adorable. With your Olympia address, I suspect you are a Greener.
Love those pigs!

"Tired of those same old TV shows? Check out OinkerNet's Guinea Pig TeleVision, an aptly described 'almost live' cam. On second thought, it doesn't sound much different from regular TV. http://www.OinkerNet.com/beta.htm"

Wow! The USA Today found OinkerNet and GPTV. Cool! I hope they come back and visit often. Hope you will too.
Smilin Jay - OinkerNet/GPTV

Why OinkerNet? Anyone who has ever shared a home with a Guinea Pig knows why! There is no such thing as sneaking a quiet midnight snack from the refrigerator with Cavies around. Once they learn where spinach comes from, just opening the door sets off major squeaking and oinking, especially a shrill wheek.
BTW: We have heard that wild Guinea Pigs do not make this noise. It would seem it is a trait that domesticated Cavies have adopted. Survival instinct? Spinach trigger? We have learned a lot over the last few years. There are many interesting things about living with guinea pigs that they don't tell you about in the books. We will try to put as many Guinea Pig facts into these pages as possible. Come back and visit often to see how we grow!

Guinea Pigs at Home
We've made special custom modifications to our piggies' living environment. Each cavie at Scenic Eastside Hill has over 16 square feet of living space with special two-story Guinea Pig condos and a full running track. Check it out!

Notice the running track around the outside!

The OinkerNet Guinea Pigs are now on-line with real-time 'Live' video. You may now visit any time and see for yourself how they are doing. It's better than regular television any day! For the bandwidth-impaired, we offer Almost Live GPTV (Guinea Pig Television). The picture usually updates every couple of minutes from 8:45 till 17:30 Pacific Time.
